Yes the run was quite hard going. What I was also hoping to do was the Half Iron Man on the 2nd of December but have decided against it due to the fact that I've been ill for over 10 days and am still not 100% so looks like will have to leave it until later on in the year. What I'm hoping to do is make a training blog up of how I'm training up for the next one, people could put comments up about what they think would be better or worse to include in my training, maybe be a cool thing to do getting other peoples knoweledge and ideas to do the training.
