Casa del Sol beach house is located 5 Kilometers outside of Atacames. Esmeraldas, is the nearest large city and has an airport, about 20 km away - (1 hour by bus). The beach front house is truly spectacular. One can walk out the front gate right onto an enormous, empty beach. European-style house with a balcony with overlooking sea views. Main house has one living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom/shower room & two bedrooms one with en-suite bath room, 6 can sleep in the apartment quite happily. Doors open up to outside eating area.

Private Pool shared by 12 other apartments. Garden with palm trees and other tropical flowers. House-care and food shopping available; caretakers and maid live nearby; daily cooking and cleaning can be arranged for you for a small cost. Shallow, gentle slope into the sea with waves big enough to be convincing but not dangerous; little or no current. Large gated courtyard in front with parking bays and charming front garden with walk bridge. Restaurants nearby where inexpensive massages and local artisan artifacts can be bought. There is also a small supermarket with a wider variety of European-style foods.

We have a lot to offer in this area , whale watching (in season), diving and world class waves not more than 40mins away. As for tennis and golf we have a great 9 hole golf course outside the apartment and tennis pros on hand . We also advise a good night out in nearby Atacames to get a real feel for Ecuadorian beach life.
